Moduco - Manager - Business Development (0-4 yrs)
- Coordination with clients, franchise, engineers, architects, on site subcontractor, production in charge etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables (job sheet)
- Confirm necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites to the client as well the owner.
- Provide Onsite remote assistance for scope of work executed by agencies appointed by client and confirm.
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and guide them when needed
- Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client and company owner.
- Always ensure quality construction standards.
- Monitorise the site installation or cordinate with franchise for the site installation
- Client's acknowledgment for final project & their review
