Modi Naturals - Officer - Sales (2-4 yrs)
- Business development in Retail.
- Daily follow-up at store level and monitoring of stock fill-up rates.
- Forming new distributors in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for the distribution and display of range of products in the area assigned to him in order to achieve Sales Target.
- Achieve assigned Sales Targets and Retailing Volume through good sales techniques.
- Visibility - To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products.
- Increasing Distribution - Increase the physical reach of distribution as per targets given and when necessary, identify new distribution channel.
- Service - Ensure the outlets in his territory are serviced as per the requirement of the market i.e. at the optimum frequency.
- Adherence to app based order booking for self and team of SRs
- Tracking, helping to increase promoter store performance
- Increase sales & influencing POS using strong market experience and relationship.
- To expand the horizontal and vertical distribution of our products.
- To ensure the smooth operation in distribution of products.
- Handling new product launch & tracking business and Market share for them.
- Other general day to day tasks required for sales growth.
Salary: INR 2 LPA - 2.5.LPA
