Modi Naturals - Executive/Representative - Sales - General Trade (1-3 yrs)
Sales Executive/Sales Representative :
- Aligning and conducting sales activities in General Trade.
- Look after Distributor Primary & Secondary.
- To Cover All Retailer in assign Territory.
- Look after General Trade channel along with key outlet.
- Launch New Product in assigned area.
- Do hard Core Retailing in Assigned area with proper visibility of Product in Shelf.
- Putting Maximum stock in Retailer Self with proper retailing.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of Competitor.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates to manage our General Trade with proper relation with retailers. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 - 4 years experience of sales in General Trade retail in a similar FMCG category in Front line sales in assigned Area. He will also have current/ previous work experience with a General Trade.
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG sales in General trade
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
- Result oriented, self-motivated and self - Starter.
- Strong Market Relation & retailing Skill with good understanding of market
- Shoud have some Knowledge of Excel and Word to perform their day to day reporting and analyzing the Report and check mails .
- Should have experience in Bhagalpur, katihar, Areria, Purniea, Munger, Shebgunj, Pakur.
- Preferred FMCG industry with experience of working at large retail chains.
Remuneration: 1.40 to 2.0 LPA
