NapNapCommunity is looking to hire a dynamic, self driven, and proactive professional to join our young and fast paced team, in a marketing and communications role.

Role:

- Assist in gathering market intelligence by digital and social media listening, primary and secondary research. Create and maintain databases/documents of collected intelligence.

- Follow brand and design guidelines to execute marketing and communication strategies.

- Work closely with Marketing and Communications Head and Designer(s) to create content based on objectives and strategy.

- Create and maintain a document with numbers from each social media page for every week for easy tracking and measurement of progress.

- Assist in identifying key influencers and opinion leaders (individuals or companies) across the media landscape.

- Ensure a steady stream of content on each channel so as to meet brand objectives and engage the community.

- Create and maintain a content schedule for each channel.

- Prepare drafts for press releases, blogs, proposals and other such written requirements.

- Be part of relevant groups, online and offline, and engage to understand market interest and pain points. Create and maintain these in a database.

- Create marketing collateral in accordance with guidelines and strategy.

- Ensure website is up to date in real time.

- Create a monthly newsletter and execute ideas for community engagement.

- The position is a work from home position with a fixed requirement of 40 hours a week.

Requirements:

- Interested in working in the space of baby products and with parents.

- Team worker, but self driven and motivated.

- Quick learner

- 1 year+ marketing/communications experience

- Fluency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Google Sheets

- Fluency in English and brilliant writing skills
