Mobisy Technologies - Product Trainer (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, conduct, develop, and coordinate training programs for users and evaluate its effectiveness to increase proficiency.
- Prepare training materials and develop instructional content.
- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the trainees
- Coordinate training schedules, dates, and logistics as well as maintain all databases related to the training.
- Troubleshooting of basic issues raised during trainings. Incase of complex matters guide
- Customers to reach support teams for resolution.
- Design and develop new training by understanding the gaps.
- Ability to handle client interactions and communicating the requirements to relevant internal teams
- Understanding of the FMCG industry and Client's business model is preferred.
Requirements :
- Work experience in Software Product Training, Event management and/or demo and crowd management profiles. (at least one criteria must be full filled)
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) - English, Hindi, Punjabi or any other regional language would be added advantage
- Comfortable to work in a high-pressure fast-growing start up environment
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and soft skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet the training schedules. (mandatory)
- Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel.
