Mobisoftseo - Area Sales Manager (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Developing potential areas with the aim of winning new business
2. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
3. Drive the team to achieve set targets
4. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
5. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Should be a Graduate
- Good Analytical ability
- Proven Sales experience; sector-specific sales preferred (in an FMCG company)
- Good Retail insight
- Willing to travel extensively
- Must be well versed with Computers
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good Communication skills
- Growth oriented mindset
