Mobishaala - Telecaller/Education Counselor (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for a smart online course counselor to help us grow our student enrollments.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Dealing with the existing customers over phone call/ presentations regarding the product and convert them into paid customer.
- Lead would be provided by the company.(Deal with our registered customers but they are free users / turn free customers into the premium customers).
- No Cold Calling required; lead fixed by the Company - Only role is to talk to the customer and convert into sales..
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduation with 0-2 years of experience, good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Are a go-getter
- Love interacting with people
- Can think out of box
- Have effective convincing and selling skills.
