Mobilution IT Systems - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
This position requires you to be in a role of a hunter, farmer and miner for IT/ITes/BPO services for Enterprise Vertical. This is an Individual Contributors role.
- This position requires building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales, making recommendations, and managing the delivery for clients in the area of IT/ITes/BPO services for Enterprise Vertical.
- Should have prior experience of solution selling, including, but not limited to Application Development Services, cloud computing, and testing solutions.
- Engage and work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 SI partners / Channel partners.
- Building lasting business relationship, design and implement winning strategies and divining challenging revenue goals.
- Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales, making recommendations, and managing the delivery for of IT/ITes/BPO services for enterprise Vertical.
- Proven ability to structure innovative solutions that provide IT decisions support developing network.
- Proven industry specific knowledge.
- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large enterprises.
- Proven experience to handle tender / RFP / RFI specifications.
- Candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate strong will power to work on long tenured projects
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop an account strategy / business plan for the assigned territory that will drive increased revenue and profit.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with line of business executives at assigned client accounts.
- Develop qualified pipeline to support sales targets.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and track pipeline of opportunities
