Mobikwik - Key Account Manager (6-13 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management - The KAM would be responsible for building effective relationships with key clients and maximizing revenue from the assigned existing accounts with MobiKwik wallet payments.
- Managing Category P/L: Estimates and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends, and costs, estimated and realized revenue.
- New Alliances / Onboarding of merchant partners that can be introduced to MobiKwik online payments.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly assigned targets for the categories.
- Identifying campaign opportunities across the key existing clients and expanding relationships with them by continuously proposing new solutions and ensuring that revenue enhancement is achieved in line with the company's objectives.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure that the activities are aligned with the client mandate, preparing a detailed execution plan & making monthly progress reports to track and monitor performance vs target.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate needs to be an MBA with a good academic record.
- Should have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Previous experience in managing key accounts in payment industry would be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and convincing skills.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Excel/PPT and email writing.
