Mobikwik - Executive - Online Reputation Management (1-2 yrs)
- Monitoring the social handles & platforms across the web
- Monitoring done through a tool + manually
- Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
- Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
- Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
- Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages
- Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
- Sharing the brand comments real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand)
- Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
- Generating reports through the tool. The reports made in the PPT format which will be made after analysing the conversations which came in for the brand.
Professional / Academic Requirements :
1- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field
Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics that will go into reports
- Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel)
