Mobikwik - Executive - Customer Care (0-3 yrs)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate end to end solution of the queries, solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and need to share the resolutions on tickets if a similar complaint is already raised .
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Candidate from E-commerce call center will be preferred
- Need to be flexible with the shift timings & six days working profile .
