MobiKwik - Branch Manager - Retail Sales & Distribution (6-10 yrs)
ONLY Candidates with experience of working in Mumbai for at-least 3 years in field sales / city launch/merchant acquisition roles should apply. Experience of handling large teams is required
Role - Branch Manager is responsible for increasing the retail footprint and visibility of Mobikwik within the branch: She/he Manages entire city launch, supply (shops on-boarding), operations (hiring, training, managing a large workforce)
Team Size : 2-3 Area Managers, 150 sales executives/promoters
Reporting to : Regional Manager
Location : Mumbai
The success of city operations is measured by :
- Growth in the number of retail stores onboarded on the Mobikwik platform
- Growth in the number of - active stores- as a percentage of total stores
- Visibility- in the city (in store branding and merchandising)
- Closure of key accounts
What you will do :
- Spearhead merchant on boarding (retail stores) through own team of promoters
- Enhance visibility of Mobikwkik through in store-branding
- Grow Revenue and GMV
What you need :
- 6 to 9 years of strong retail sales and distribution experience in FMCG/Telecom/Consumer goods/Start-ups
- Experience of managing large teams and operations is a must
- In-depth understanding of various markets locality-wise in the city
- Go-getter attitude
- Good Reporting and MIS skills
