MobiKwik - Assistant Manager- Consumer Operations (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Bring efficacy and increase productivity with the help of data analysis.
Requirements :
- Must have above 4 years of experience in customer service operations
- Expertise in consumer operations, chats and tickets
- Expertise in process improvement
- Experienced in handling backend process
- Proven work experience as Assistant Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Six sigma certification
- Experience in a Fintech company
