Mobifly - Senior Manager - Business Development - B2B Vertical (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
4. Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract signing.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
7. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Requirements :
1. Proven track record in business development and sales in the IT services and consulting industry, with a focus on B2B.
2. Experience in international marketing and expanding business into global markets.
3. Strong understanding of IT services and consulting, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and digital transformation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
5. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive market.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
8. Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10. Previous experience in a similar senior role or a desire and potential to be promoted as a co-founder.
Salary and Incentives :
- The salary for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated performance.
