Mobicloud - Intern - Sales & Marketing (0-1 yrs)
The Sales Intern will assist the sales department in achieving its objectives by performing research, administrative tasks, and supporting customer outreach efforts. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, allowing the intern to develop valuable skills for a future career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation: Help in generating leads through cold calling, emailing, or using social media platforms.
- Customer Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients and setting up meetings or demos.
- Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing sales documents, and tracking sales activities.
- Reporting: Assist in compiling sales reports and data analysis to evaluate sales performance and effectiveness.
