MobCast Innovations - Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
The Purpose
- Generate qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, generating new closed revenue. To develop new quota-carrying Account Executives
- This opportunity will be predominantly focused on our new business expansion plans across the APAC, GCC and EMEA regions.
Expectations for Success :
- As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for contacting leaders and executive in organizations of all sizes across many verticals. Your focus is helping leaders gain insights around their market, customers, and employees, which allows them to make quicker decisions driven by data
- You identify key decision-makers and/or key influencers within an organization across different departments
- You work well with teammates and like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities
- You are a self-starter, competitive, and driven. You see the bigger picture. You don't settle for mediocrity

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree is preferable unless you can make us believe otherwise (Knowledge and Confidence is what we look for)
- Excellent in written and spoken communication (Communication is the key to success, we don't compromise on this aspect)
- Reliable, confident, and articulate (In short, we love smart people because they create cool organizations)
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and communicate well with C level executives (Bottom's up is only good when celebrating success, for the rest top-down always works)
- Highly motivated to accelerate your career in software sales (The only thing faster is the cockpit of a F1 car)
- Exceptional interpersonal ability (Okay, we just had to write that else you might believe we don't exist)
