Job Summary:

Are you a visionary sales leader ready to make a monumental impact? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling revenue in the tech or SaaS industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving our ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve $10 million in revenue within three years.

Team Building : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive revenue growth.

Sales Operations : Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech or SaaS industry.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from $1 million to $10 million or more.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in using sales analytics and CRM tools to drive performance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
