MO Designs - Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead Management : Monitor and respond to inquiries and leads from social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Maintain an organized and updated database of leads. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit for MO Designs' products and services.
2. Follow-up and Nurturing : Conduct follow-up communication through email, phone calls, or direct messages to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel. Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services to potential customers. Schedule appointments or consultations for qualified leads with the sales team.
3. Collaboration : Work closely with the social media marketing associate to understand campaign goals and optimize lead generation efforts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and track lead progress.
4. Reporting and Analysis : Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
Education & Experience :-
1. Good Convincing Skill
2. Excellent verbal communication skills
3. Patience and Composer when dealing with angry customer
4. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Graduate or Postgraduate
