Senior Manager - Sales

Role - Sales & Marketing

Reports to Director - Marketing

KPA:

- Strategic Sales Planning

- Sales and Business development in the assigned territory

- Key Account Management

- Maximizing sales by designing and launching proactive campaigns

- Exploring new business opportunities and made pre-sales presentation to the clients to increase market share

Objective :

- Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail and appointment calls. Also develop strategic action plans to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

- A proactive leader & planner with expertise in planning, market penetration, account management, pre -sales effort with skills in competitor/market analysis.

- Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the customers & negotiate (commercially) for the orders.

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Have dealt with the customers in various market segments

- Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

- Ensure effective control of sales & marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets

- Work closely with the HOD to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the company.

- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

- Establish clear communication channels between sales and marketing team, technical associates.

- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Desired Skills :

- MBA in Marketing & Sales, with 5 - 10 years of sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent Inter-Personal Skills.

- Team leader, persuasive and innovative

- Should be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.

- Good Leadership/Managerial Skills.
