KPA:
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Sales and Business development in the assigned territory
- Key Account Management
- Maximizing sales by designing and launching proactive campaigns
- Exploring new business opportunities and made pre-sales presentation to the clients to increase market share
Objective: Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail and appointment calls. Also develop strategic action plans to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
- A proactive leader & planner with expertise in planning, market penetration, account management, pre -sales effort with skills in competitor/market analysis.
- Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the customers & negotiate (commercially) for the orders.
- Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Have dealt with the customers in various market segments
- Providing guidance in designing and development of communication material and finalizing on the right media agency for BTL activities.
- Ensure effective control of sales & marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
- Work closely with the HOD to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the company.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establish clear communication channels between sales and marketing team, technical associates.
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Desired Skills:
- MBA (from tier 1, tier 2 or similar institutes) in Marketing
- 4 - 9 years of sales & media procurement experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and inter - personal skills
- Should have extensively worked on BTL activities
- Experience in Online Healthcare / Pharma industry is preferred
- Should have worked / interacted with Pharmacies, Pharmaceuticals, hospitals, Lab chains etc.,
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative
- Should be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
- Ready to travel
- Fluent in English and Telugu Languages
- Good Leadership / Managerial Skills.
