MM Nova Tech - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to engage with potential clients and nurture leads.
- Create, manage, and optimize online advertisements across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in real estate field.
- Proficiency in using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
- Experience in creating and managing ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
