MM Nova Tech - Client Support Coordinator (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated Client Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding users and agents, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. You will act as a primary point of contact, helping clients navigate our services and addressing any queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently onboard new users and agents, guiding them through our processes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with agents from various countries.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather and report client feedback to enhance our services.
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to our platform.
- Stay updated on our products to deliver accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive support.
Work Hours : 7 PM to 3 AM IST
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic tech-savviness; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
