Roles and Responsibilities :
1) He/she should have experience in Real Estate.
2) Responsible for selling luxurious residential and commercial properties of Pune.
3) Present the product favorably and in a structured professional manner over the call.
4) Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
5) Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
6) Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
7) Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
8) Show them multiple properties as per their requirement.
9) Maintain relations with clients for further references.
10) Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
11) Develop Pentral Properties a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

1) Good understanding of Ultra Luxurious real estate segment is necessary
