Mitsogo Technologies - Executive - Enterprise Software Sales (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer (on-call Sales) to deliver exceptional account management support and sales conversion activities for new and repeat business. The role will suit someone with a positive can-do attitude who can build strong relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the customers' primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers that create loyalty
- Ensure the timely ordering of our solutions, disputes, pricing/proposals and request according to customer needs and objectives.
- Analyze and assess the in-depth needs of potential clients.
- Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
- Creatively work with team members on sales strategies.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
A Enterprise Software Sales Executive should :
- Be an expert on the company's products and be able to pitch them effectively in any situation.
- Be able to demonstrate good knowledge of and experience with inbound and outbound sales practices and processes.
- Be a - people person- with great communication skills - a competent relationship builder.
- Be comfortable in a target-driven environment and work to overcome any barriers that would prevent targets being met.
- Be able to demonstrate good time management and planning skills.
- Be able to thrive in a results-driven environment and self-motivated.
- 01 to 05 years of sales experience preferably enterprise sales (on-call).
- Willing to work in flexible shift timings.
- Must have US/UK calls experience.
- Must be able to deal with an average of 200-400 calls per day.
