Mitron TV - Manager - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We need an execution focused team-player & self-starter, who is able to think strategically and manage tactical detail, is both creative and analytical, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the head of growth & marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership of full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Creating and executing (hands-on) on marketing strategies which will include combining organic marketing such as SEO with paid performance marketing through paid search/Google Ads-UAC/UEC, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), affiliate channels and programmatic display;
- Experimenting and identifying channels to test, running tests, perform customer/audience segmentation analysis, develop social media presence and find ways to optimise these channels
- Responsible for identifying new ASO opportunities (Apple App Store & Google PlayStore) including keyword recommendations and creative improvement opportunities.
- Work with OEM Networks and Affiliate partners to scale campaigns
- Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas.
- Must have deep understanding of Marketing Analytics
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Must have Hands-On experience on advertising and analytics dashboards :
Google Ads: App Campaigns UAC, Smart Campaigns
- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Play Console
- Google Analytics/Firebase
- Attribution Platforms: AppsFlyer/Branch
User Engagement Platforms: MoEngage/Clevertap
Knowledge of Office Suite - MS Excel, Powerpoint
- Must be autonomous, rigorous and methodical, and know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations
- You have a proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way and translating them into meaningful decisions
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in consumer mobile applications is a must.
