Mitigata - Sales Development Role (1-3 yrs)
- Mitigata is on the search for exceptional sales representatives who boast a solid track record in a dynamic, outbound prospecting environment. We're seeking individuals with a methodical approach to sales, adept at pipeline management, and meticulous about maintaining CRM data. Candidates with a background in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, Cyber Security, Compliance, or Insurance sectors, will find themselves at an advantage.
Core Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential clients of Mitigata, understanding their specific needs.
- Clearly articulate and enhance Mitigata's value proposition.
- Relay client feedback to the product team to refine our services.
- Independently manage and predict sales pipeline activity.
- Represent Mitigata during discussions with high-level executives.
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to elevate sales pipeline quality.
- Maintain prompt communication with potential clients throughout the sales journey.
- Actively seek out new leads and business opportunities.
Expertise & Qualification :
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates from fast-paced startups.
- Proficiency in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and sales pipeline management.
- A history of new client acquisition and achieving sales goals.
- Prior experience selling to key decision-makers such as Founders, CFOs, CISOs, or CTOs is desirable.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking.
- Skilled at initiating contact with new prospects, diligent follow-ups, and reaching the required call targets daily.
