Mitchell - Area Sales Manager (4-7 yrs)
Area Sales Manager:
a. You will achieve volume and value based primary and secondary sales targets keeping in mind cost of goods and expenses incurred by the company. You will ensure proper orders against payment systems as per company policy.
b. You are responsible for the assigned team under you and ensure they fulfil their role, responsibilities and duties honestly, with integrity and within reasonable time spans. You will constantly supervise them in the market place.
c. You will ensure profitability by selecting the right market mix; be it location, quality and number of outlets, quality of personnel including BAs, proper knowledge and training is conducted, immediate replacement of resigned / terminated personnel or BAs, best possible displays are allotted at the point of sale, stocks are well balanced at all locations (Retail and Trade), growth of markets and areas covering both; General Trade and Modern Trade, etc.
d. You will ensure periodical sales reporting is submitted by you and your team honestly, correctly and within stipulated reporting time.
e. You will recommend appointment of reputed, effective and financially competent trade partners; covering Super Stockists, Distributors, Retailers, etc. You will assist in collection of funds, while the responsibility will solely be that of Super Stockists and Distributors.
f. You may be required to assist as a team in activities indirectly associated with your role, responsibility and duty.
