Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid performance marketing strategy and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across multiple platforms. They should have a proven track record of scaling growth through performance marketing channels, a deep understanding of digital advertising best practices, and a passion for using data to inform decisions. The candidate will be expected to strategize and execute the ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies across channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns with the aim of achieving defined KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and customer LTV.
Budget Optimization : Monitor and optimize budget allocations across platforms to maximize results while managing spend efficiently.
Analytics & Reporting : Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and achieve targets.
Customer Segmentation : Identify, target, and refine key customer segments to ensure relevant, personalized messaging.
A/B Testing : Lead A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with design, content, and product teams to create cohesive, on-brand campaigns that support MISHO's overall goals.
Market Trends : Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies, and implement new strategies accordingly.
Creative Analysis : Analyse and suggest top performing creatives and identify the "what more?"
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or fashion/luxury brand environment. Preferred- Experience with global markets.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Tools Proficiency : Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools and dashboards. Experience with Shopify and CRM platforms is a plus.
Creative Mindset : Ability to develop creative and effective advertising strategies and work with design teams to deliver compelling content.
Budget Management : Proven experience in managing and optimizing substantial advertising budgets.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly present insights and recommendations
