Mirrorsize - Senior Customer Support Executive (3-5 yrs)

Role: Senior Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients, arranging meetings, and fostering rapport.
- Addressing customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products/services for accurate customer support globally and can do upsell & cross-sell.
- Enhancing customer value and acquiring new clients.
- Contributing to creating quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, conduct demonstrations, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Knowledge of SAAS.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in Customer Service; preference for candidates from banking or SaaS backgrounds.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a degree and excels in communication skills, both written and verbal.
