Mirraw - Team Leader/Manager - Sales (3-13 yrs)
We are looking for Sales Team Lead / Manager
Location - Currey Road / Lower Parel
Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts, 6 week offs in a month
Role:
- Candidate needs to manage and directs an ecommerce salesforce to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Need to manage inbound leads and convert into sales through regular follow-ups through emails and phone calls
- Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short- and long-term online sales Strategies.
- Develops Sales network, channels and Pipeline.
- Develops strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market online products or services.
- Manages relationships with various prospects, clients, and partners in the eCommerce environment while achieving Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual growth goals.
- Provides clear report to the management team on daily calls, follow-ups and closures.
- As a Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of your own book of business and managing relationships with each brand that you oversee
Required :
- 3 years of relevant sales as Sales Team Lead.
- Excellent in communication and writing skills.
- Worked with clients is US - Mandate.
- Ready to work in US timing - Mandate.
- Ecommerce experience is a value add.
- Enterprising spirit with start-up experience.
- Strong leadership skills are key, with excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
