Mirraw - Executive - Customer Service (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Service Executives for our team.
Candidates should be speaking English fluently.
Process: Blended (Voice, Email & Chat)
Salary Range: 15K to 20k
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers on daily basis.
- Listening to customers patiently and helping them resolve issues.
- Helping customers with their product queries.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency in English
- Being patient and understanding
- Good listener
- Demonstrate the ability to Multitask and Prioritize
