mirrAR - Assistant Sales Manager (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities include :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding prospective customer needs and requirements to identify key buying influencers leading to a sale
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Manage a database of leads in CRM (Hubspot), efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
- Determining the right budget and timeline which aligns with the business
Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting roles
- Should have done B2B prospecting
- SaaS industry background is preferred
- Lead Generation in the US Market is necessary
- Must be competitive, energetic and able to negotiate well
- Must be adept at cold calling or cold-emailing
- Should be great at networking
