Position: Social Media and SEO Manager
Location: Visakhapatnam
Duration: Permanent
Shift timings: 2:00 - 11:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Need to able to plan, create strategies and set goals for the team
- Should be able to cultivate leads from Social Media and SEO
- Apply best practices in both mediums and guide the team
- Should be able to identify and be responsible for suggesting relevant content
- Create Campaign calendar and execute them in timely manner
- Suggest and use right tools for managing content
- Integrate Social Media, SEO along with Web and Content Marketing
- Create social media advertising and monitor the effectiveness of the campaign
- Be collaborative and take inputs from Content and other teams
- Create SEO Strategy and Define KPIs
-Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate and improve the quality
- Improve keyword optimization
- Get to know the latest SEO updates and practice and create internal process flows
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be Pro-active and be a Team Player
- Need to understand Web Analytics, Report generation and A/B Testing
- Need to have prior experience on B2B Social Media
