Job description :
- Proven experience managing end-to-end email marketing initiatives
- Build and execute email campaigns from the scratch
- Be responsible for data verification and cleansing
- Should be able to setup Email Marketing Automation Flows
- Hands-on experience in engaging and analysing the performance of a large email marketing database
- Should have experience working with HTML, CSS and report generation
- Experience in A/B testing which includes testing of subject lines, message content, and CTAs, intended to drive performance lift.
- Should have proven experience working with email provides like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or other similar providers
- Hands-on experience in executing segmentation, delivering specific messages to targeted audiences based on behaviour
- Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from partners and competitors brands to gain insights on best practices
- Collaborate with the content and graphic designers to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices
- Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and perform against KPI goals
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
- Must have ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts
- Should have strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Should have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills to work with partners
- Proven experience in building email list building
