Position: Senior Customer Care Officer (Call & Mail Process)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

1) Client Co-ordination (calling various clients for loan applications, calling sales agents for generating new leads, follow up for documents, updating the sales agents and aggregators regarding pending loan application cases)

2) Follow up with Clients for loan applications and related documents.

3) Sending mails to our customers, once all the documents are received updating respective department for the same.

4) SMEs network base knowledge

5) MIS maintaining

6) Manage entire Customer Care Team & all accounts given to you & update the same to Regional Sales Head

Skills:

1) Good Communication Skills

2) Good Interpersonal Skills

3) Networking Skills

Experience:

4 to 8 Years in Customer service or Client handling Profile in Banking or Non-banking industry.

Preferred SME Working Capital & Business Loan Product Experience.
