About the Role :
- We are looking for goal-oriented and organized individuals to lead our social media handles across platforms. Page Managers have multifunctional responsibilities, such as defining page identity and narrative, creating script and content, leading the video and graphics team, liaising with the performance marketing team, and formulating and implementing content calendar across popular social media platforms. They must possess political acumen and creativity coupled with meticulous planning to convert political narratives into effective communication plans.
- Selected candidates will report to the social media lead and will be based out of our Hyderabad office. Candidates must be open to long hours during peak campaign timings.
Responsibilities :
Create and deliver content calendar across platforms: Create a brand identity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly plans for streamlining the work processes. Refine daily content as per page identity and narrative. Conceptualize modules and lead end to end execution. Work closely with design, content, and editing teams to deliver engaging and appealing content
Brand Performance and Growth: Own brand performance and recall. Collaborate with the Growth Team for promotions and campaigns. Monitor, analyze and report daily performance across social media platforms. Recommend and implement plans to consistently improve performance
Lead creative team : Ability to lead a content creation team and mentor a team of writers and designers
Implement Trends: Continuously discover and implement the industry's best practices. Stay abreast with the latest online trends to create viral content.
Desired Qualifications and experience :
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or related field from a Tier 1 college
- 2-6 years of social media work experience with prior experience of managing brand accounts
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
- Deadline-focused and goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Language proficiency in Telugu is a must
- Political acumen and understanding of local culture, geography, and political landscape
