MindSeed - Franchise Manager (3-7 yrs)
Vision for the role:
Mindseed is hiring for a Franchise Manager who will be responsible for identifying prospective new franchisees and business expansion at our Preschools. He must passionately represent the brand and be able to coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of potential segments in the city and building a pipeline
- Expansion of Mindseed Preschools with the targeted number of Franchisees for the year
- Follow the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly
- Execute monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking
- Able to build awareness in respective territories
- Ensure academy delivery is meeting Company standards
- Brand Building of the school in the target markets
- Visiting and inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry
