Job Description
- Connecting with individual career coaches and organizations seeking a SAAS solution for career guidance via phone calls, emails, and chats in order to provide accurate, valid, complete, and educative information to customers using the appropriate methods, skills, and tools.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and ensure the delivery of quality service by projecting a professional and warm image.
- Create and carry out client onboarding initiatives.
- To provide detailed account walkthroughs and assistance with implementation for a large number of new customers.
- Customers and key stakeholders should be made aware of the account setup requirements and expectations.
- Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in ClickUp and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product team and use feedback to improve the product, add new features, and so on.
- Create self-learning and training modules for current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Sales and revenue generation.
- Sales pitch enhancement and prospect problem identification.
- Product bundling as a solution to prospects' pain points
- Establish long-term communication with prospects and build repo with clients.
- Establish and manage channels of communication between the product team and the marketing team to ease process flows.
What we are looking for :
- Graduate in the discipline of BBA/MBA with minimum 3-5 years of Business Development experience
- Tech-savvy to work across CRMs.
- Target-oriented, determined, and confident approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and assess changing business dynamic
- Intrinsically motivated and a team player.
