Mindler Education - Marketing Analyst (2-5 yrs)
Role Summary:
- Performance Marketing: Implement paid campaigns using advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google across product verticals. Exposure to Taboola, Outbrain & other native advertising platforms would be a bonus. Thorough command over gtags, pixels, audience management, and remarketing.
- Social Media Optimization: Would be responsible for coordination with content and design teams to ensure that a monthly activity calendar is implemented. Hands-on experience with online reputation management and platform-specific engagement activities.
- CRM: Work with cross-functional teams using multiple CRM platforms like Zoho, Leadsquared, Hubspot, etc. Understanding, interpreting, and suggesting improvement strategies for the business and performance management. Close coordination with sales to understand lead quality, identify gaps, and implement remedial measures.
- Marketing Automation: Work in close collaboration with content, sales, marketing, and technical teams to set up drip and trigger-based automation campaigns. Responsible for setting up logic and automation hierarchy for event-based outcomes. Strategizing & executing email automation, WhatsApp messages, SMS with the dynamic customer list. Exposure to Zoho campaigns, SendInBlue, GupShup would be a bonus.
- Management Information System: Would be responsible for marketing data management, data reporting, and campaign insights by accessing the paid and internal database with relevant string queries. Exposure to PHPMyAdmin, Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, QlikView, etc.
