Key Responsibilities:
1. Scale the Mindler SaaS Platform for Educators & Counsellors
- Ideate & execute the strategy to source new clients & execute exciting partnership solutions
- Strategize and scale the vertical with collaborated efforts from the product and marketing team
- Maintain & deepen relationships with existing partners
- On-board and manage partners, educators & career coaches
- Understand clients- expectations and curate solutions to achieve positive outcomes
2. Cross-Functional Engagement to Ensure Smooth Execution of Defined strategy
- Work with the marketing team on client acquisition, social media & email marketing
- Work with the product team on product improvements & feature additions
- Work with the career guidance vertical to implement best practices in career guidance
3. Leadership & Engagement
- Create training & self-learning modules for current and prospective clients
- Lead a team of growth associates and drive performance on defined metrics
- Define processes and standard operating procedures for training of existing & new team members
- Ensuring resource management to utilize the skill pool available, thus building efficient & productive teams
4. Relationships and Representation
- Develop strong and effective internal and external relationships through appropriate communications, cross-team working and networking at all levels
- Oversee the establishment, management, and development of mutually beneficial relationships and partners, ensuring high standards of collaborative service
- Be a key and responsive point of contact and represent Mindler at a senior level to the wide variety of people and organizations that deal with the organization
- Build and develop cross-organizational relationships to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives and the operational plan
