Mindler - Content Editor (2-6 yrs)

We, at Mindler, have developed India's first multi-dimensional career assessment battery, algorithm-driven, semi-automated career tracking and course correction mechanism for career journey planning.
At Mindler, content is the core of everything we do - be it writing blogs, research on careers, quirky social media campaigns or website content. We are now looking to onboard an editor who will support the execution of our content marketing strategy.
As a Content Editor, you will:
- Research topics and trends to ensure content is relevant and useful for our users
- Assign and edit content written by the team
- Create a content calendar and execute it within timelines
- Craft copy for content assets ranging from ads to infographics to articles
- Create new content and repurpose existing pieces
- Measure and monitor the performance of the content
- Manage content writers
You should have:
- 2-6 years of content writing/editing experience, especially digital content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- A - Will Do- attitude
- An ability to think on your feet
