We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.

Job Description :

As a Customer Success Associate, the selected candidate will be responsible for :

- Connecting with students and parents seeking Career Guidance through calls, emails, and chats, providing them with accurate and educative information using appropriate methods and tools.

- Acting as the first point of contact resolution for customers and projecting a professional and warm image to deliver quality service.

- Contributing to the achievement of team revenue targets by fulfilling personal targets.

- Providing continuous feedback about lead quality to the Marketing team for campaign optimization.

- Assisting in the training of newly hired team members.

- Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during interactions with potential leads.

- Maintaining regular contact with the Counseling team to support session coordination, if required.

- Advancing professional and technical knowledge by staying informed through industry publications and informational videos.

- Connecting with potential overseas, liberal arts, and VIP leads, aiming to convert the maximum number of leads.

- Updating all customer information on CRMs, including Leadsquared, Zoho CRM, Zoho desk, Super Receptionist, and Counselor Dashboard.

- Encouraging customers to provide feedback using service quality tools.

- Escalating customer issues that require intervention through recommended channels.

- Cooperating in completing any other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Sales and revenue generation.

- Target setting, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.

- Enhancing sales pitch and identifying prospects' pain points for effective solutions.

- Establishing long-term communication with prospects and building strong relationships with clients.
