Customer Success Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Mindler users. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting registrations and correcting post-sale problems. Associate will communicate with customers primarily via phone, email and chat, and utilize a variety of software tools to get customers on-board, and help them succeed.

What we are looking for:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 year of relevant experience

- Extremely customer-focused individual

- Excellent oral and written communication Skills

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

- Strong and committed customer focus

- Consistent demonstration of service excellence

- Ability to take independent decisions & meet stringent deadlines

- Good PC skills

- Good command over MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Strong result focus

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
