MindHour - Executive - After Sales Support (1-5 yrs)
After sales service to the schools.
- No Sales- Targets.
- Out-Station Travelling required.
- Imparting Training to Students/ Teachers/ School mgt/ Parents.
- Regular communication with the Schools to ensure seamless implementation and Product Usage.
- Regular School visits to find and fix any Challenges faced during product usage by students/ teachers/ schools.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the companys payment terms.
- Ensure adherence to service and support processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Service Levels.
Skills Needed:
1. Good verbal and written communication.
2. Presentable and groomed.
3. Problem Solving attitude.
4. Patience and Promptness.
5. Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
