About Us:

LISSUN is an innovative mental health startup committed to providing comprehensive care for children with neurodevelopmental delays under the sub-brand Sunshine by LISSUN. Our mission is to create nurturing environments at our child development centers and make a significant impact in the mental health and child development space.

Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, records management, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Follow-ups

- Manage client communication for inquiries, follow-ups, and renewals daily.

- Provide appointment reminders and ensure therapy sessions are scheduled efficiently.

2. Operational Management

- Oversee daily compliance with attendance, sessions, and therapy notes.

- Maintain inventory records and manage purchases as needed.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the center, including cleanliness and maintenance.

3. Documentation and Records

- Maintain accurate records of client attendance and therapy notes daily.

- Prepare and share required documents with referred doctors as needed.

- Update CRM systems regularly to ensure accurate client data management.

4. Payments and Financials

- Ensure payment collections and manage related queries.

- Record and update payment details for compliance purposes.

5. Lead and Feedback Management

- Handle lead management processes and convert leads effectively.

- Collect and address client feedback on an as-needed basis.

6. Compliance and Reporting

- Weekly reporting for compliance metrics.

- Oversee and update Practo and other related platforms daily.

Qualifications :

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree/Completed Bachelors in any discipline (Preferred in Customer Relations/Administration).

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: Multiple centers across Pune and Lucknow.
