We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic Interior Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth within the interior design industry. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in helping clients select and purchase products that meet their interior design needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients in the interior design sector.

- Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed on current trends, materials, and design solutions in the interior industry to effectively assist clients.

- Understand the company's product offerings and provide tailored recommendations to clients based on their requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.

- Address client concerns and questions regarding product specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing.

Sales Process Management:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

- Track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with the sales team, product experts, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Administration & Documentation:

- Ensure all client records, sales transactions, and communications are accurately documented in CRM software.

- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and training materials.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry (furniture, home dcor, etc.).

Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for interior design and sales.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients.

- Positive attitude and proactive approach to sales.
