JD for Product Management Executive

- Responsible for Product Research and Presales

- Ownership of product success by pushing sales and marketing initiatives

- Work closely with content writer to draft content for marketing collaterals

- Responsible for product demos and demonstrations

- Responsible for deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Responsible for competitive research and comparative comparison documents

- Key owners of product positioning and creating key product differentiators

- Responsible for creating MRD and PRD as per VoC and competitive research

- Work closely with engineering owners to ensure all features are implemented as described in PRD/MRD

- Work closely with Marketing Head to define product pricing and sales schemes

- Responsible for conducting road shows and marketing events

- Responsible for product trainings to sales and new channel partners

Requirements:

Education: BE (EC/Computers with MBA in Marketing more preferable)

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

- Being a techno commercial role, the candidate needs to be a quick learner of technology and should have excellent communication skills

- Desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

- Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
