- Should have been handling Automotive Sales, Business development, Marketing for roughly 10 years
- Should have proven track record of penetrating into new accounts
- Should be having some good knowledge on Automotive industry and latest trends
- Should have some basic understanding of Automotive products
- Should have some appreciation of user level knowledge on automotive parts
- Should have a very good communication skill
- Should be able to do a convincing conversation
- Should be able to handle spontaneous questions
Role and Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible to open new accounts
- Build a good order booking
- Should bring RFPs and RFQs by maintaining good customer connect
- Should be able to understand the competition and win strategies
- Should bring a profitable business
- Be a key anchor between customer and project execution team in times of challenges
