Millipixels Interactive - Chief Sales Officer (12-16 yrs)
- Millipixels is poised for substantial growth in the months ahead, with offices coming up across India and the UK. A significant foray into the European market is already underway, with the US and Singapore to follow suit.
- We're now looking for a sales leader to step in and take charge of our Sales team with end-to-end revenue responsibility and an ability to drive global sales with his or her team. The role will involve building and managing teams across the entire gamut of sales and business development activities ranging from Inside Sales and Sales Operations to Partner/Channel Sales and spearheading Solutions Sales.
- The role involves significant strategic and operational responsibility, as well as the freedom to define processes, build teams and move into newer domains. We're looking for a bold, strategic individual who can see beyond the horizon.
What we're looking for :
- Experience : A minimum of 12+ yrs years of relevant sales experience in IT Services and Products domains
- Excellent Sales Strategist - Create, Implement and oversee a successful sales strategy for Millipixels Interactive. Use data to predict, and prepare.
- Customer-centric - Demonstrable track record of leading successful sales teams following a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent Communication skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to share clear, relevant messages to the organization, customers, and fellow leaders.
- Change management - Well-versed in successfully leading organizations during times of exceptional change.
- Coaching and mentoring - Responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing sales team. Stellar coaching and mentoring skills to support and retain top sales talent.
- Effective problem-solver - Resolve personnel and customer challenges within the sales domain. Must demonstrate ability to professionally and effectively solve problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversees the planning and execution of company sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Leads revenue forecasting, and is accountable for reporting progress to revenue targets.
- Responsible for sales team personnel, and gives final approval for Sales and Marketing hiring and organizational decisions.
- Drives company strategy for customer acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally with fellow members of the leadership team to foster collaboration.
- Hire, develop, and retain top talent for the sales organization.
- Implements effective sales enablement tactics to help their sales teams work more efficiently.
