- The CSE interacts with customers at the very beginning of their partnership with millionaires worldwide . Not only will you be the face of our company, your actions will also determine every customers initial impression of the business and lay the groundwork for the value they derive from our solution
- The CSE's ability to drive onboarding is directly related to new revenue - the more effectively a customer is onboarded, the faster new revenue comes in and the longer they remain a customer
What's exciting about this role :
Owning and driving the customer onboarding pipeline by:
- Working closely with the Sales Team to understand what success looks like - this may differ for each customer
- Playing the role of a conductor by liaising with different departments to make sure onboarding deadlines are met - Being the customers- point of contact throughout the onboarding process to give them a seamless experience
- Track key metrics by updating reports/trackers when necessary
- Supporting customers with general enquiries during onboarding and after they have - gone-live-
